Last week the email that sends the custom forms was changed again.
Because we weren't able to add more than one email address to receive the custom forms our company had to create dozens of email rules to redirect the forms to the appropriate recipient. Every time the email address is changed it renders all of the email rules useless.
I already mentioned this the last time and said that a notice of this sort of change should be done beforehand so it doesn't affect any business processes. I'm posting it now as a feature request.
