Is there any way to select one contact person on an account for more than one work location, without having to input them multiple times into the account and then selecting them for the work site?
An example, Bell-Anderson – We have 13 pages of work locations, 8 pages of contacts. See Work Location on page 6, Riverfront Park Bldg’s A, B, C, & D. The same property manager is the main contact for these buildings. However in order for me to put a contact name to these work sites, I have to put in the contact 4 more additional times, and then select each work site. See Gayle ******, is main contact for multiple work sites, or Adriana ******.
I hope this makes since. It does take up valuable time inputting a contact person multiple times when they are the contact for multiple work sites.
