We need the information from your Vantiv account to connect it to ServiceBridge. Follow the steps below to locate the necessary information about your Vantiv account.
1) Once you sign-up for Element PS, you will be given a merchant ID and a temporary password. Use these credentials to log into www.coremanagementsystem.com
2) After logging in, click on the tab Virtual Terminal and then Profile
3) Here, you see the information needed to connect your Vantiv account to ServiceBridge. This information is:
- Account Token
- Account ID
- Acceptor ID
- Terminal ID
