Why aren't taxes showing up on my work order?

For a tax to show up on your work order, it must be included in three locations on ServiceBridge: 

  • Under Products and Services, select 'Yes' under Taxable 

  • In Customer, under the General Tab, select 'Yes' for Taxable

  • In Customer, under the Location tab, select the tax to include
