I. Connect to QuickBooks Online

Before managing payments, you will need to connect ServiceBridge to QuickBooks Online. Recall that without a QuickBooks Online account, you cannot complete accounting tasks through ServiceBridge. Similarly, to connect the two systems, you must first have an active QuickBooks Online account

To connect the two systems, login to ServiceBridge and go to company settings.

Under your company settings, find the QuickBooks tab and select authorize.

 A form will appear that asks you to enter your QuickBooks Online login information. After entering this information, the sync will complete on its own. 

Once complete, you can start invoicing and processing payments through ServiceBridge.
