When a job is closed by technician the app generates a work order document in .PDF format with job details. A prompt appears asking whether to send the work order to the customer.
- If “Yes” is selected the letter is emailed with work order document as an attachment to the customer and to your company. If no email is found under customer profile in your ServiceCEO database – the app will ask you to enter one. Your company email address is retrieved from ServiceCEO. Go to Tools/Option/Company Information and check the email on file.
- If “No” is selected the email is sent only to your company.
Note: Work Order emailing to the customer can be disabled in ServicePortal
