Controlling how many days forward and backwards the jobs can be retrieved on the device

In your ServiceBridge app you can set up how far back, and how far in advance you can see all of your Jobs and Estimates. 

To edit this feature you will need to access your device settings. For more information on other device settings click on Access / Edit Device Settings

Go to your Service Portal



1. Click on Account Summary

2. Devices

3. Edit


Scroll until you see:


1. Days to see pas jobs - This will allow you to set how many days back you can see your previous jobs

2. Days to see future jobs - This will allow you to set how many days in front you can see your future jobs.
