How to configure preferences for automated emails that are sent with attached work order receipts?

You can configure and personalize email preferences for the email messages your customers receive with attached Work Order .PDF files. 

Note: By default all emails are sent to your customers with ServiceBridge email address and ServiceBridge sender name if the preferences are not configured.

In ServicePortal you can personalize your name, email address and the subject for the outgoing emails sent to customers to reflect your company information.

After you login to your ServicePortal,

 

1. Click on Account Summary,

2. Settings,

3. Email Preferences,

4. Work Order Email Preferences allow you to customize where your Work Orders will be sent from and the reply address your customers can contact you at. 

5. Estimate Email Preferences allow you to customize where your Estimates will be sent from and the reply address your customers can contact you at. 

6. Notification Email Preferences allow you to receive an email every time a new work order, new estimate, and each time card is sent out.
