Once logged in you will be able to access the full suite of ServiceBridge support features. These include Search, Getting Started, Knowledge Base, Video Tutorials, and Community. If from the tools provided you are not able to get the answer you are looking for, feel free to email us by clicking on Email Support.

Accessing previous history of support emails
In the header click on your name to open a navigation panel. Select My activities.
From this view you will be able to track all of your activities which include email request, contributions in community plus other requests, and the articles plus topics you are following.
You will also be able to search requests and filter them by status as needed.
Start by going to our support page by clicking on support.servicebridge.com
Click Sign In in the top right hand side of the header.
If you already have an account enter in your username (email) and password and click Sign In.
Please note that if you have sent us an email before you already have an account. If that is your case, click on Get a password.
If this is your first time and you have never contacted us before click on Sign Up to create a new account.
