Commissions Module Overview

Overview

Commissions Module allows payments to be made to employees based on the value of sales achieved. The value can be achieved by selling commissionable items or reaching a target amount in sales.

To fully embrace the commission modules follow each of the articles below in order.

IMPORTANT – If for some reason you are not able to view the commissions first verify with you account administrator if you have permissions to do so. If you do but are still not able to see them, then you can email ServiceBridge support at support@servicebridge.com and we will enable this feature for you.

Setting up Commissionable items

Creating Commission Roles

Applying Commission Roles

Commissions Report

Incentive Payments (Bonuses)
