Commissions Report

Overview

You can view your personnel commissions anytime, and one of the easiest ways is through a report. Reports can either be created from the Personnel or Reports section.

Report from Personnel

Start by clicking on Personnel on the left navigation panel. Select the employee you would like to generate a report from.

 

Navigate to the Commissions section. From here you will be able to select the following:

  • Date Range (by default a month will be displayed, but you can always update)
  • Commission Type (When the commissions were paid out)
  • Work Order Number from which the invoice was created
  • Work Order description
  • Commission Role name
  • Amount Paid out

There is also a link, Navigate to Report which will take you directly to the commission report.

Note that if you are not able to view commissions then either they are not enabled, configured, or your administrator has not granted you permissions to view them.

 

View all personnel commissions’ reports

Click on Reports from the left navigation. Locate the Commissions Report and click on it. Note that if you are not able to view it, please email support@servicebridge.com and we will enable it for you.

 

Start by selecting the employee from the drop down of whose commission report you would like to view. From here you will have the options to view and select the following:

  • Date Range (by default a month will be displayed, but you can always update)
  • Work Order Number from which the invoice was created
  • Status of Work Order
  • Customer
  • Amount in commissions paid out

 

Once you have your parameters set, click on Download PDF to generate a PDF document.
