Both Apple and Android mobile applications have unique device identifiers, also known as Device ID. To login into the ServiceBridge Mobile App using a 4 digit pin, you need to add the Device ID. There are two locations where you can find this using the ServiceBridge app.
Find your DeviceID on the first screen after install
- After you download ServiceBridge app to your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Open the app, and the Device ID will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Find your DeviceID from the About screen
- The Device ID can also be found by clicking "About ServiceBridge" in the Dashboard.
