Mobile App Data Is Not Syncing with Database

You are working out of Supervisor Role

If you use Supervisor Role in the filed, it's important that you don't work out of it. By this we mean going to the app's home screen, selecting supervisor role, selecting a work order, and then starting the job. If you do this, any data you collect while working on this job will not be synced with the front office. 

To fix this, simply go to the app home screen and select "Jobs Total," or "Jobs Due Today." From here, select and start the job you wish to work on; the data you collect while working will now sync with the ServiceBridge database.
