New Features: Custom Level Activity Notes + More

The latest ServiceBridge release introduces several new features for all clients, including: 
  • Customer Activity Notes: All notes across invoices, estimates, and work orders for a customer are now visible from the customer record screen. In addition, users can flag customer notes, making them visible in any invoice/estimate/WO created for that customer going forward.
  • Won/Lost Estimate Dates: ServiceBridge reporting now includes datasets for estimate won and estimate lost dates.
  • Chip reader support for 
  • Improved Geotracking and Route Optimization: The improved geotracking and routing functions allow users to filter jobs by status, allowing dispatchers to view all open jobs, suspended jobs, and more.
