To create a new trial account, go to https://www.servicebridge.com/free-trial and fill in your personal information. If you don't want ServiceBridge to insert the sample information in your account, take off the check mark.
If you leave the check mark, your account will be created with one sample customer, one personnel member, one team and 3 items in Products & Services section (2 products, 1 service).
When the trial is set up, you can see your account information and manage your subscriptions in Company settings:
Here you can see how many users you have and depending on that, for how many accounts you will be charged after you decide to activate your account.
In the left, at the bottom of the menu, you can always see how many days are left for your free trial. After you activate your account, you can see how many days are left until the next payment.
When your free trial ends, you can press the "Activate Account" button and it will open the account activation screen where you can see the number of active users that you are going to have in your account. Also activate/deactivate the QuickBooks Online Integration (QuickBooks Online is an accounting platform, needed for making invoicing and payments. More information here) and Timesheets (a plugin that allows you to track your employees working hours. More information here) plugins.
If you need to add more users, go to Personnel section and add as many users as you want. Note that you will only be charged for active users.
To check/manage which users are active, go to Personnel section and use the buttons "active"/"suspended":
After you check your active users and plugin information, click "Continue To Billing" button and you will be navigated to Billing - the next step of account activation.
You need to enter your billing and payment information. Please make sure that all the data is correct.
After you check the information, click "Continue To Confirmation" button and you will be navigated to the last step.
Here you can see the total price per month that you will be charged, depending on how many users you have and whether or not you chose the QBO and Timesheets plugins. QBO integration is a fixed price, and Timesheets price is depending on the number of active users.
In order to activate your account, you need to put a checkmark on the service agreement and click the "Activate Account" button.
After you do those steps, you're ready to use ServiceBridge!
